Shipping & Returns

Any purchases (excluding any intimates, swimwear, or jewelry) that are made through are valid for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the ship date. If the time period has passed, we unfortunately cannot offer any type of refund or exchange.

All sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Any item(s) that is/are returned must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged or we will not be able to refund you.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are also responsible for paying the shipping cost on any returned item(s).

After we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect the item(s) and notify you by email that we have received your item(s).

Once your request is approved or denied, you will be notified again by email that we have either refunded you or give you an exchange.

JT’96 is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If there is any problem with your package, please contact your local USPS for any inquiries on the recovery of any package that was reported delivered.

Any orders that are placed during Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 A.M-2:00 P.M. PST will be processed and shipped within 72 hours and you will receive an email confirmation once it has shipped.
Any orders placed after Friday 3:00 P.M. PST or on the weekend, will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of the next business day.

Once an order is placed, you cannot cancel it.
